Taylor + Paul

Taylor + Paul were high school sweethearts and met at a local tennis tournament and began dating a few years later. They stayed together as they went to college 8 hours apart and then Paul proposed on the same spot they met as 12 year olds!

I was so excited when Taylor reached out to invite me to capture them because not only are they adorable (ummm see visual proof) Taylor is also a fellow photog at Taylor Ingles Photography that I respect so much. Real talk; I am always a bit nervous to capture fellow visual storytellers but it also helps that they are so supportive and every time I do it I am reminded of the power of community and cooperation over competition. I consider it a blessing they trust me to help tell their story!

We captured them as well as some close friends and family to celebrate Paul’s graduation from Midwestern University before they head off to their next chapter in Michigan. When I asked Taylor what she desired to capture in their right now she shared, “God’s goodness in giving us each other and the joy and laughter we have together.”
