WHen Jessica, Kayla’s mom reached out she said Kayla was shy but they really wanted to do a Senior Creative Portrait Session to mark and remember this important time in her life. I am so glad they trusted the process. Kayla is so kind and really leaned in and allowed her personality to shine. Her mom sent me this email after viewing their gallery,
“Roxanne, I don’t know how you do it! First off we love our town so the fact that we were able to do our photos in a place we love is so awesome. My daughter is so shy and your joyous spirit made her feel so at ease. I shouldn’t have looked at all the photos when I was at work because I couldn’t help but cry. You were able to really share her story and personality with photos and you truly made the impossible happen. I loved everything from your fun questionnaire, to laughing with you along our photo journey, to the three sneak peek photos that made waiting for the full gallery that much harder! I’m so obsessed with these pictures. We will be enjoying them and loving them for years to come. I can’t thank you enough! Oh wait yes I can, you will always be our family photographer from here on out. We love everything and I can’t even find the right words to thank you.”
Thank you for inviting me to photograph your stories friends- it is a blessing!
