“just being real in one of our favorite environments”
Carly wanted updated photographs of their family, “I’d love to capture our family just being real, in one of our favorite environments.” Carly and John take their boys often to this place in a local park and play in the creek so we knew we had to go in for their session, “I’m fine with some on the creek bank in the woods, but I think letting us get into the creek and splash and make a mess will be where the gold lies!” I loved that idea so I got in the creek and just photographed them skipping rocks, splashing, and playing together. I absolutely adore when we can partner to tell your unique story- I am up for it because perfectly posed images are not where the magic lies- let’s tell your unique beautiful, messy story!
Carly shared “I dreaded the thought of family photos and getting everyone cleaned up and coordinating, but Roxanne made it so easy and actually FUN! Not to mention, we are SO thrilled with the outcome- she captured each one of our personalities to a tee!”
