Sunitha Shiv Iyer who describes herself as “an entrepreneur by accident,” is clearly a confident and skilled leader. After the tragic passing of her husband who founded Optime-Tech she took over and has been leading the company towards growth. She shares, “Optime Tech’s mission is to be at the forefront of the IT staffing industry by leveraging cutting-edge technology to connect exceptional talent with unparalleled career opportunities, all while fostering a diverse, inclusive, and sustainable workplace.”

Optime Tech is a woman owned minority organization and Sunitha is driving growth and making sure their clients and potential clients know they are trustworthy and will go the extra mile and deliver real results.
