Ana booked a Creative Portrait Session to celebrate her birthday and wanted her images to tell the story of her being “confident, powerful, mysterious, and bad-ass.” Yes HERE FOR IT. We chose our location in part because the train station “is a reminder of the strength it took to keep going and finish getting my degree.” She traveled up to six hours a. day multiple days of the week after having kids to finish her degree and the strength and commitment it took to get that done deserves to be celebrated! So choosing this location was a way to “romanticize a place I hate.”
It was so fire to see her beautiful self posing and owning her story at this location and she even trusted me to venture out a bit for some other locations in downtown Raleigh, North Carolina.
Ana messaged me on gallery delivery day and this is the feedback that makes me do a lil happy dance:
I am so grateful for my amazing clients that trust me and invite me in to your stories!
I’m a visual storyteller photographing emotion, connection, and the beauty in the messy.
I work with families, couples, and bold individuals to tell their stories with heart—
and partner with nonprofits and purpose-driven brands to share their impact with intention, dignity, and excellence.
