Deepti wants her clients to feel seen and heard and understand the choices that can empower change in their lives to find sustainable solutions to embrace meaningful behavior change to impact their health. She is passionate about human connection and seeing clients make meaningful change in the areas of weight, lifestyle, relationships, and parenting.
