Melinda Jackson is the force behind Melinda Jackson PR, a visibility-driven PR agency built on connection, creativity, and results. With over a decade of experience working at top agencies in Los Angeles and Raleigh, Melinda launched MJPR in 2018 after burning out on the BS and deciding to do PR differently. At her core, she believes she was put on this planet to do PR because helping people find their voice and get seen is what she does best.

Her approach to public relations is equal parts strategic and human. Melinda is a no-nonsense, rock-and-roll publicist with “elder emo rodeo” energy; a little Warped Tour, a little country who brings both edge and deep care to her work. PR is a serious investment, and she makes it clear: when clients trust her with their brand, she does everything in her power to move the needle. At the same time, she keeps things grounded and fun. “We’re not curing cancer,” and that mindset allows creativity, experimentation, and momentum to thrive.

MJPR offers traditional public relations services, podcast and guest booking, influencer relations, and speaking-gig pitching and more. She loves working with women-owned businesses, thinking outside the box, and getting a little weird in the process.
