Michelle and Next Level Local

Michelle Johnson reached out for a Brand Storytelling Session as she launches her new company Next Level Local. I love what she shared about her business, “Next Level Local was born out of lived experience. As a former small business owner, I struggled to find marketing support that was both effective and affordable. Big agencies were out of budget and DIY solutions were overwhelming. I created Next Level Local to bridge that gap—offering real, actionable help to small business owners who want to show up professionally without breaking the bank. Because I’ve been in their shoes, I focus on what actually works for their stage of business. I love seeing owners collaborate, create community among each other, partner together and feel proud of their business. Additionally, I like empowering business owners to manage their own online presence and make it easy for them to understand and maintain.“

Michelle can help business owners create a presence on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Business, Yelp and other free listings and make sure what they sell/do is clear and consistent. She will also do a mini audit of their marketing materials and storefront (if applicable) so the message is consistent. With social media being new to some business owners, she offers a strategy session to help them create a yearly marketing plan and discuss grassroots ways to tap into their community and be seen. I am so excited because this opportunity will help so many small businesses grow and I am here for it!! It was so much fun partnering with Michelle and helping her share her unique story focusing on her past and present and launching this future company with amazing visuals with Durham vibes!
