Sarah Walker of Wolf Consulting Services

Sarah Walker is the founder of Wolf Consulting Services and we had such an amazing time at her Visionary VIP Session! After working in operations for nearly a decade, she launched Wolf Consulting to “support other business owners who may not be ready for full-time help, but still need a strategic partner to zoom out, find the next step forward, and build a stronger foundation.” Wolf Consulting Services offers high-level operational support at a pace and scale that makes sense for her clients. Her approach is personal and tailored to her clients and I was so grateful to partner to create aligned visuals for her new website launch (eeeek- it is so fun and so her!!) and to share as she builds her business!

Sarah is a systems and operations expert and I love how she describes her work, “I build sustainable, repeatable processes for small business owners who need a trusted right hand, someone who can step in, understand how things are really working, and help make them work better. Every business is different, so the process is custom, collaborative, and deeply integrated into the way your business actually operates day to day.”

Sarah shares more about her process, “I make people feel safe to be themselves without shame. The backend of a business is messy and scary and vulnerable and honestly, we all have that. These people started their businesses because they were really good at something, not because they know how to start a team, document processes, and decide when/who to hire to help them”

Coming from an ops background, I really appreciate your attention to detail and how you want to make sure your clients feel safe and ready. You are SO thorough, kind, direct, inspired, and full of energy. I loved collaborating with you and would do a photoshoot once a month if I could because honestly I felt like a superstar.
