She works with women both one-on-one and in group settings, primarily through virtual coaching on Zoom, while also hosting powerful in-person workshops that foster connection and community. Her embodiment workshops blend journaling, sharing, and movement creating space for women to reconnect with their bodies and each other. As her voice expands this year through speaking, podcasts, and social platforms, her mission remains the same: to lead boldly, create safety, and remind women that becoming themselves can be fun, imperfect, and beautifully powerful.
