Katherine Rosado is building more than a spa, she’s creating the birth of something meaningful: a business built on hope, healing, and wholeness.
As the founder of Lily Eden Spa & Wellness, Katherine has created a grounded, transparent, and deeply human brand and it is a safe space where clients can be honest about what they’ve tried, what hasn’t worked, and what they truly want. This isn’t about quick fixes or surface-level self-care. It’s about meeting people exactly where they are and walking alongside them toward real, sustainable improvement.
A nurse with diverse healthcare experience spanning ICU care and health leadership, Katherine understands the medical system from the inside and she sees what’s missing. Lily Eden was born from that awareness. It exists to bridge the gap between clinical healthcare and compassionate, personalized wellness support.
She doesn’t fit the traditional spa mold. There’s nothing overly clinical or sales-driven here. Instead, clients describe Lily Eden as supportive, kind, genuine, and safe.
Katherine’s work is rooted in faith and guided by the fruits of the spirit: kindness, patience, gentleness, self-control, joy, peace, love, faithfulness, and goodness. These values shape every client interaction. Before booking, she wants clients to feel confident and assured and not pressured. After a session, she wants them to feel progress, relief, and renewed excitement about what’s possible.
Her approach combines clinical insight with lived experience. She offers more than generic wellness advice she provides thoughtful, personalized direction that works in real life.
At her best, Katherine feels confident, energized, and at peace and that is exactly how she wants clients to feel when they engage with Lily Eden and what we want to show through her brand visuals. What she is building now goes far beyond health coaching. This is the foundation for a comprehensive wellness center designed to serve the community for years to come preventing avoidable hospitalizations, restoring hope, and creating a scalable model of care rooted in trust and transformation.
When people sense her brand, Katherine wants people to feel one thing: Hope because when someone shifts from “I’ve tried everything” to “I can actually do this,” that’s where healing begins.
Katherine sent me this text the day she got her gallery:
“Roxanne.. I could kiss you right now….absolutely love the photos!!! The images at Duke are perfection. OMG.. I can’t wait to add for social media and the website. I can’t wait for photos of brick and mortar!”
When I asked her about the impact of our brand session and her new visuals she shared, “I know I had a lot of views and comments from posts. The images speak for what my brand is created for.”
What stood out about the session? “It was an experience itself not just the images and I love that it highlights the founder and the season of now.”
Katherine posted, “Roxanne is my number one photographer. She supports her clients and really wants The images to reflect the individual and their brand. During my photo shoot, it felt like two friends playing dress up and taking photos. I felt completely comfortable. I believe to take great pictures You should feel comfortable being yourself and she allows that.”
