Maggie + Derek

Maggie + Derek met on Hinge and Maggie was right away impressed with how chatty he was and he commented on her cooking skills. They quickly realized how important family was to both of them. Maggie shared, “we are thrilled to celebrate with the family and framily who have been praying for us all this time.” We planned their engagement session in Virginia Beach and desired to photograph “two people honoring and celebrate the gift Jesus has given them” in each other. We had so much fun and ended our session at the historic Cavalier Hotel where Derek proposed and had family and friends waiting to celebrate them right after. Seriously we had an absolute blast and I am so grateful they invited to me to photograph this special season in their lives- Congrats Maggie & Derek!
