Anna Gonzalez is a storyteller based in Chicago who uses her creative and administrative gifts to share stories through various projects including the Tethered Project. You can find her work at It Me Anna Mari.
She describes her passion, “From paintbrush to pixels, I use the tools available to tell stories and make beautiful things. Taking inspiration and strength from growing up in the inner city, stories have been my solace since an early age. Always rooting for the underdog, I love stories that celebrate the perseverance and resiliency of the human spirit.”
When we first emailed back and forth about her session I knew we would have a blast together. She is passionate about stories (#mypeople) and I was privileged to be invited to capture her right now in her neighborhood in Chicago.
