Helen Whiteley: Clean Tech & Economic Justice

Helen Whiteley is passionate about clean energy and the environment and she wants to lead the way in finding ways to scale climate tech while reducing economic injustice.

As the founder of Resilience Works, Helen partners with climate tech and water technology companies, as well as communities, to translate complex innovation into clear, compelling messaging that drives growth, investment, and real-world impact. She cares about clean energy, environmental justice, and reducing economic inequality and is ready to step forward in her brand and become visible!

Helen believes the next era of cleantech must be rolled out differently: more equitably, more creatively, and more intentionally. She hopes the strategies and ideas she’s developing now will influence how federal initiatives are implemented in the future ensuring that climate solutions better serve communities while addressing income inequality. And she is not afraid to own that vision and share as she write a book and raises funds for this work.

Her path to Resilience Works was shaped by experience. In 2018, Helen founded Benecomms, a marketing agency supporting climate tech startups. When COVID destabilized her client base and forced layoffs in early 2022, it marked one of the most challenging seasons of her career. Out of that chapter, Resilience Works was born.

Today, Helen operates as a consultant choosing depth, flexibility, and meaningful impact over scaling a large team. She supports visionary founders and scientists who are building powerful solutions to the climate crisis but struggle to communicate their brilliance to the world.

Because innovation alone doesn’t scale, communication does and through our brand storytelling she will be able to step forward and shar ethe vision with more people!
