Through HER+ Health Collective, she built what she couldn’t easily find herself.

What began as a desire for genuine friendship has grown into a community where women can walk into a room not knowing anyone and leave feeling seen, supported, and connected. Not just through events, but through meaningful relationships and access to trusted providers who truly understand them, their families, and their lives. Crissy believes we were never meant to do life alone. But her work goes beyond connection. She is stepping into her own brand and story even more!
