Hannah Moell is a multidisciplinary artist, housing advocate, and emerging voice in the world of Neuro-aesthetics. She is the founder of Color and Clarity LLC, and she creates large-scale artwork across multiple media including natural pigment watercolors, fractals, and botanical illustration. Her work is united by a common thread of nature and the divine.

Hannah’s practice is rooted in the science of how art affects the human body at a cellular and neurological level. She forages for minerals and natural materials to make her own pigments, approaches her studio as a sacred act of alchemy, and is building toward large-scale installations and solo shows that will place this healing work in front of the world. We co-created images that show some of her process and the unique way she gathers and uses natural pigments. It was such a creative and beautiful session!
What began as jewelry-making has evolved through ceramics and watercolor into her current season and calling; one she is now stepping into fully and publicly. Hannah leverages Neuroaesthetics; the science of how the brain and nervous system respond to beauty alongside the documented power of natural pigments, fractals, and floral imagery to create work that operates below the surface of conscious thought. Her art is not decoration. It is a nervous system intervention, a soul-level resource, and a doorway to help other experience awe at creation.
I absolutely loved partnering with her creative and brilliant self- “It is SAFE and WORTHY to lean into your strengths, curiosities, passions to not dim yourself for others, but to LIVE OUT LOUD and create.”
And going in the river was amazing to truly tell her brand story in a vibrant way. If you have a unique brand – AND YOU DO- let’s co-create- I am down for out of the box ideas that will truly reflect you!
Hannah shared, “Oh my gosh- I am obsessed, obsessed, obsessed. I’m squealing. Thank you Roxanne!”
