Katherine Rose is a trusted guide, advocate, and compassionate voice for women navigating chronic illness and invisible health challenges. Rooted in her own lived experience, Katherine built Reclaimable to fill a gap she once desperately needed filled. She works hard to create a space where women feel seen, heard, validated, and supported without having to explain or justify their pain. Her brand blends practical education with raw authenticity, creating a presence that is equally warm and credible, relatable and trustworthy. Whether someone finds her through the Chronic Conversations podcast, her debut book But You Don’t Look Sick, her CAYA Collective community, or a speaking stage, the experience is the same: immediate relief that someone finally gets it. As a chronic illness warrior myself I appreciate her expertise and how se helps women feel seen and supported so much so it was an honor to partner with her!
At the heart of Katherine’s brand is a simple but powerful promise you don’t have to navigate this alone. She doesn’t position herself as someone who has all the answers, but as someone willing to walk alongside women while they find theirs. Her work centers on helping women reclaim their energy, their confidence, their voice, and their lives and not just manage a diagnosis. That shift, from surviving symptoms to reclaiming selfhood, is what makes Reclaimable feel less like a health resource and more like a movement. In every part of her business Katherine creates is designed to leave women feeling a little less overwhelmed and a little more hopeful than they did before they found her.
Behind the brand is a woman who is deeply in her work writing, podcasting, building community, reviewing labs, developing resources, and launching a book, often all in the same week. Katherine brings the same energy and intentionality to her behind-the-scenes work as she does to every client interaction. Her visual brand should reflect that duality: the warmth and softness of a safe space alongside the quiet strength of a woman doing meaningful, mission-driven work. Images should feel grounded and real but not overly polished or clinical. We want to co-create images that show the authenticity, vulnerability, and hopeful resilience that define everything Katherine stands for.
We also wanted to create images that share more of her Reclaimable brand and the chronic illness community CAYA Collective. “There is something incredibly special about watching a woman finally feel understood after years of feeling unheard. That’s the work that fills my cup every single day.”
Katherine shared about her Brand Storytelling Experience: “It was one of the best experiences of my life, for real”. I asked “How would you describe working with me to your friends?’ “I didn’t have to, friends saw my photos and were like, I want to hire her! It’s boosted my confidence like crazy and makes my business look way more professional and elevated.”
Katherine is building a recognizable and trusted brand that helps women with chronic illness feel seen, heard, supported, and empowered and it was a blessing to partner with her!
