Rachel Abbott didn’t set out to build “just another party bus company” she set out to prove that one didn’t have to choose between class and grit, softness and boss in charge vibes. Since launching in 2024, she’s built The Rabbott into a transportation company that spans weddings, winery outings, concerts, airport runs, and everything in between, all under one governing principle: she is the one in control, and that control is what makes people feel safe. After years of driving routes for someone else and taking orders from supervisors who had no idea what was actually happening on the ground Rachel now runs a business where every judgment call is hers, and every client interaction reflects the standard she refuses to compromise on.
Rachel’s aesthetic is bold yet clean, masculine with a feminine touch, rugged but sophisticated. This the kind of juxtaposition reads as strength, not confusion. What Rachel is really selling is the antidote to an entire industry stereotype. Where other party bus experiences run ratchet and the drivers feel unsettling, Rachel’s presence is the opposite: a trustworthy, competent woman who commands the space, runs a tight operation, and never makes anyone question their safety.
Behind the polish is relentless operational discipline. Rachel personally responds to every single inquiry (no automation, no AI-generated quotes) because her bookings are never standard and every client’s event requires real back-and-forth to get right. She maintains her own pipeline to track where each client sits in the booking process, constantly refines her contracts and procedures based on real incidents, and treats the bus itself as a living project that’s always being maintained, upgraded, or reimagined. None of that operational grind should ever be visible to the client in the moment and the goal is for every ride to feel effortless, even though nothing about building it was.
Ultimately, Rachel wants her photos to do two things at once: remind her, on a hard day, exactly who she is and make anyone looking from the outside think, unmistakably, that’s a baddie right there. Next time you need a safe an amazing party bus experience HIRE Rachel with The Rabbott!

We did just that- here is Rachel’s feedback.
“I felt the most when I opened the previews last week because I had NO idea when to expect. I felt so seen, I felt loved, I felt embraced, and I felt like my vision and energy was ACTUALLY coming through the photos. I’ve never experienced that in my entire life. I also didn’t feel like they were manipulated to fit some agenda other than what we talked about. I’ve had some shoots where I wanted and was trying to give that “edge”, but it was kind of taken out of the photos and not coming through. I’m not sure if that makes sense, but it felt like a wet blanket was put over my ideas. Whereas with you, you were like “oh hell yes” and dug in deeper. So that led to this overall feeling of being seen, which is really special.“
“I really love how there is a direct correlation between what I put in and what I got out. I really had everything as dialed in as possible for this shoot, and listened to what you said, and that allowed us to get SOOOO much done. You support and cheer for us as your clients, but you don’t do it for us. You will meet us where we are, and I think that is such a critical part to keep the authenticity and legitimacy of the story alive.”
“Roxanne is a vehicle to your vision. She gives you everything you need to succeed, so actually do the planning, research, pinterest board, etc. because this is not just another photoshoot. I loved trusting you, that was really big for me. You are EXCELLENT are directing, and that was so cool to experience. That has always been my biggest issue….I show up ready but the execution and direction doesn’t really happen. Not with you, though, because you KNEW what you wanted and knew what was working/not working and then communicated it with me. There was no question of the “how” because your entire job is the “how” and you MAKE and DO the “how”. You also did such a great job at adjusting clothing, or how something was laying, or an angle….all the little details. I also loved that you showed me things in real time in case I had something to say about it.“
” I finally feel connected to myself in the past, present, and future. I wasn’t ready for this shoot until I was ready for it, and I think this is a big pivotal moment in my career to really show up as me. I also know and feel that Roxanne cares about me, my business, and my vision. In addition to the studio, we went to Auto Zone and a gas station as part of my shoot, and she was 1000% on board because I have a transportation company. I had tools and parts as props since those aligns exactly with my brand and what I do. There is also a TON of variety from my shoot as you can see! This wasn’t just a branding shoot, it was an entire re-calibration of my life, and I cannot thank Roxanne enough.”
This means EVERYTHING to me because the people that trust me with their brand stories are amazing humans building things that matter and I am grateful to help you celebrate and grow! Ready for this?
